Bacon

This was made with thick cut Waitrose bacon, laid on a soft bed of Danish bread and lathered generously with Daddies own brown sauce.

There's a general rule I used to follow when saucing up a bacon butty. If I go for a fried egg garnish I have ketchup and if it's just bacon it's Daddies. I'velet that slide in recent years, so tonight I mixed it up old skool.

That's how I (bacon) roll.
