Work boots made for working

These are the boots I usually wear to work. They are just plain Chelsea boots but they help me feel in control and like I can smash anything. They are great in the winter but I worry about summer when it may be too hot for boots. It might be harder to be tough in summer shoes. Do other women in authority worry about these things?
