Err... Sunday? The vets organised a Sunday 7-a-side game so no run...

PIYo then football on Monday. Fartlek on Tuesday. Footie rained off yesterday so managed to replace Sunday's run. Dentist this morning - and my dentist is leaving! But I'd only just got used to her!

One player dropped out of the lunchtime game and ended up getting baby brother to fill in - bringing the two Danish lads shadowing him for the week. So 6 a side!

Working on a new project this week. We'll see how that goes.
And for the old project, we're waiting to see what the decision is. It seems likely to be the wrong decision.

These two LPs were the fruits of my Oxfaming labours on Saturday. Hadn't listened to Supertramp in decades! I used to have tape of this (sorry about killing music, by the way).
