Protection

I spent the lovely sunny day mostly indoors at the office in the West End, so decided to walk home and enjoy a bit of the weather. I took a couple of sunnier photos, but DH chose this one for my blip.

Since there are seemingly interminable building works going on in the office (as well as out in the streets, in the station, etc etc), the smoke alarms have had to be protected against dust and consequent false alarms. (I don't know what happens if there's an actual fire). But I do know that I did a double take the first time I glanced up and saw this hanging from the landing ceiling.
