Soda Bread

I saw the recipe for soda bread in the National Trust magazine and knew I would have a go. Not as tasty as it looks but it was beautifully crusty. Will try again and add some more flavouring. Had some with my soup for lunch then with butter on this afternoon and that was delicious.
