Light and dark

Today began bright and early with 3 dog walks followed by our youngest daughter's birthday celebrations. The day has been largely punctuated by one walk after another with lovely sunshine for most of the day. Even so it has taken until now to take a photo which has the shapes and shades I was looking for.
