Steampunking

Kit267 had the brilliant idea of arranging a blipmeet at a Steampunk event at The National Railway Museum in York, fourteen of us turned up and as usual what lovely bunch of people they were.
The only problem was which blip to publish: Steampunkers in general are really happy to be photographed!
Apart from the fellow blippers the most memorable things l remember about today are the trains, the union jacks and the zaniest of folk.
I finally chose this shot as l like the resemblance between mother and daughter and the bemused look on the daughters face.

After yesterday l wasn't sure l would be attending but F came through the operation, the first 48 hours are critical but so far all is going to plan.
Mr P was on hand if our Granddaughters needed looking after but thankfully his help wasn't needed.
