Another frustrating afternoon for Bradford City finished 2-2 against a stoic Gillingham, the 10th home league draw of the season but the first Desmond.

The main positive was seeing new signing Charlie Wyke get a goal on his debut to add to the eighteen he'd already scored for Carlisle this season; a quick reply to Gillingham's opener. Today's image see's the free-kick that led to City's second goal: Billy Clarke curling the ball against the post with McMahon on hand to tuck in the rebound.

Gillingham equalised early in the second half and thereafter sat back and wasted time at every opportunity, a tactic sufficient to resist the bombardment of corners, crosses and shots that continued until the final whistle.
