Winds are strengthening a little today, but are still 'kona' direction, south with SE and SW variation.   This is the side view of Diamond Head and a good portion of Waikiki.  Usually you can see the horizon and the blue ocean beyond, only very faint here.
Saw one lone wind surfer out in Maunalua Bay this afternoon.   Also a brush fire across from Sandy Beach had us turning around for home.
