Soothing Salve

Another day spent in bed - there is a lot going round as everyone keeps telling me - but do wonder if Sam and I need to adjust our rhythm and slow down slightly... means I didn't preach my sermon - on the plus side then next time I preach it should be more relaxed than normal as I have an almost ready sermon with presentation and everything! Good old Donald covered for me with less than a day's notice and Sam had the kids all day in Sutton and at his parents.

My one bit of productivity this evening when I saw Allegra had a sore bum was to make this nappy cream I've been meaning to make for ages - sufocarem has some nasty stuff in it!
