Yorkshires.

Well what else could I blip on Yorkshire Pudding Day.

As is traditional in Yorkshire, we had them on their own at the beginning of the meal.
Onion gravy for MrC, but I have mine with Raspberry Vinegar. This is a tradition in our family, and I make my own vinegar from a recipe handed down from my grandmother.
Was my fathers favourite and is mine too.
I make small puddings now, ( we had 4 each) but my mum always made her's in a large meat tin.

Must now remember that February 28th is Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day. Yummy!
