Push me pull me

After my recently gone wrong attempt at a perfect cartwheel (first 3 were great but the 4th...) I was at physio this evening to have my somewhat twisted pelvis twisted back into position.

It was great! Reminded me a bit of a Thai massage, which reminds me; I have a voucher for one of those :-)
