A frosty morning, lovely sunrise as I drove to work (extra as I was leaving home ~ couldn't resist!!). Cloudy afternoon and now rain.

I didn't go for my swim this evening as I have a bit of a cough and chest is feeling a little tight... plus my shoulders are a little achy from the painting :-D)))
