Unidentified Clouds

Unusual clouds this morning, which appeared to be arranged in particularly straight lines. This taken(through the windscreen) as we drove east along the by-pass, the extra taken (outside) from home a few minutes earlier.
Wondered if they're a form of undulatus or just altostratus - anyone know?
