Catkins

It rained for most of the night and for some of this morning and still the pond is empty. The sun shone for a while and after lunch my husband and I took a walk around the garden to see what flowers were in bloom. There are some Snowdrops, some Winter Aconites and the Hellebores are just emerging, but other than that not many other flowers.

Today’s picture is of some Catkins and yes, the sky really was that blue; for just a little while it seemed as though Spring had arrived.
