Hedge Hurdling

I spotted this chap a while back whilst running, but I hardly ever take a camera with me. I nipped out for a bike ride last night to stretch off my legs and got a shot of this tidy Olympic hedge hurdler in Treales village.

Really enjoyed peddling out into the country. I did 10 miles before I got saddle-sore and pledged to order myself a gel bike seat - much kinder to the lady regions :)
