Beetroot.

I really love beetroot. From its gorgeous colour, to its earthy flavour. I loved it so much as a child that I would have cheese and beetroot sandwiches ( on white bread) for my school lunch almost every day. I didn't mind that it made the bread pink, or the cheese...

I think it's a bit like marmite - love it or hate it....( and I hate marmite!).
