Journey Home

This d****d lurgy thing continues.  My medicine seems to be working better than Mrs MDs. - she is still struggling - she has a total lack of energy and is still coughing a lot :-(
I took Polly dog to the vets in Halifax this afternoon for her annual check-up and progress report.  The vet declared her to be 'doing just fine' and to continue as we are :-)
After a walk in Manor Heath Park we drove home via Ripponden and Baitings Reservoir where we were rewarded by a pleasant evening's sunset - so we had another walk - this time along the reservoir wall :-)
Arrived home to find Mrs MD asleep in her chair having had to cancel her Wednesday Ladies event tomorrow.
We will all be glad when we all get back to 'normal' :-)
