Old sewing machine

I'm a day behind, yesterday completely nuts at work and I have no photo for today so I'm going to have to be a day behind until my assistant is able to join me.

I love this old machine though.  I just can't imagine what it was like when everyone went from sewing everything by hand and used a machine.  My mother taught my sister and I to sew and I can still visualize some of the things we made and the fabric that was used.  I can also remember teaching my brother Randy how to use it so he could peg his Levi jeans tighter in the 60's!  I can't tell you how many needles he broke going through the thick seams!
