Burghead, Moray

After a very good breakfast we headed to Burghead and the start of our walk today.  My picture shows us walking on the beach which we did for the first two miles.  We then headed inland on nice paths through the woods then back to the coast and a good path above the beach to Kinloss RAF station, then along to Findhorn.  

We had great views over to the Black Isle on the north of the Moray Firth.  The weather was stunning with sun and little wind, although cold as expected in February.

Finished our seven mile walk at Findhorn eco village where the cafe laid on coffee and snacks and the occasional glass of wine.

So I am relaxing before showering and dinner, after which a quizz has been organised and a sing song......we have some very talented members!!!!
