Rock Cakes

My favourite cakes but I haven't made any for a long, long, time. These 18 are from a recipe that says it makes 10. Well, there was 18 but 'someone' had to check they were ok, glad to say they are delicious!
I tend to make them a bit smaller as Lennon, Dhylan and F.M.i.L. like them too. I think I might just make double the mixture next time :-)
