Feral?

I see this cat most days but I am beginning to think it is feral. I tend to see it hanging around the stables for the 4 horses. It is sometimes seen on top of the bails of hay that are stacked inside the small stables.
This was taken just outside the stables right next to the horses who don't give it a second look.
Last night I was in my lounge which has windows all the way down to ground level and Mr Cat (or Mrs Cat) came and had a good stare in at me watching TV. I've always wanted a cat and so I may start to leave the odd bit of food out for it and see what it does. Or perhaps not as I'm sure it's full of fleas.
