Straight On

I posted a picture straight on of a building before, and got a comment that 'straight on pictures of buildings are usually boring, but I like this one'

I was thinking about this yesterday (see George Square), and how could that be boring? So much going on just in this one slice of street - see even the different ways of repairing stone (ok, that's just me).

Maybe I'll make a series, and then I can photograph the same piece of street every year and compare the differences. As long as my lovely 10mm lives for ever.
