A sneaky shot through the window of the textile department at the university - was drawn in by all the reels of coloured threads. No students had arrived yet - it was early!

The other photo is a taster of what it is like right outside my office at the moment - office is just out of shot to the left (aka The Portakabin). Today, all the diggers and cherry pickers and axel grinders were in attendance as they are working on the finishing touches to the new modular building that's been going up next to us since October. It's been really noisy today - and it does get you down after a while, it's quite distracting at times. And to add insult to injury, they are not even giving us space in there - we've got to stay in the shabby quarters! Huh.
