Badger Sett

On my dog walk today I decided to investigate the badger sett we pass most days. Some of the holes are "camouflaged" by twigs, some holes are covered in leaves and look as if they haven't been used for a while. This one looks as though it might be in use! The sett is extensive and runs along a ridge of grass above the medieval moat.
I would love to come here at twilight in the summer and see if I might see the Badgers come out and move around the field!
