Kingston Lacy NT

I went down to Kingston Lacey today to see the snowdrops which it is famous for and they were lovely though I think I prefer them in a more natural setting - by streams particularly.
I was surprised at how busy it was there - a coach as well as a car park full of vehicles. The prettiest spot was the Fernery where the snowdrops were accompanied by miniature cyclamen. (see extras)
I really liked the Kitchen Garden and couldn't resist this exotic scarecrow sunflower lady!
