Zuni jar

This beautiful jar was at the Heard Museum in Phoenix. I loved the museum and was on a special fun hunt to find flowers for Friday. Interesting to realize that flowers are not a prevalent theme in Southwest Native American art. But I was intrigued by these pots and noted this was from before the 1850 chose this one for my blip then googled the sight and saw that this very pot was featured in the Heard Museum PR . So a beautiful pot with flowers for this Friday. Thank you biker bear for the fun of the hunt
