Chasing Out Cracks

Time today spent preparing the spare room for a plasterer coming on Monday and Tuesday to re-plaster the room.

We have ended up replastering pretty much every room in the house now, as the original plaster has blown and come unstuck in many places from the walls, so it is hollow. Add to that some high quality building in the first place that has left big cracks and gaps and there has been quite a bit to break off and chase out, cracks to bridge and support prior to putting fresh plaster on there.

All I can smell is plaster dust now.
