Sea spume

The usual Saturday. Shopping. Visit to blind aunt who is more under the weather and full of moans about the care service. Staff are nice and helpful but are always different, come at a variety of times (e.g. Breakfast at 10, lunch at 12 and dinner at 6 one day; 8.45, 1 and 5.30 the next).

Then down the road to mother's with our son - who worked in the garden for a while in the biting wind while I did a local shop for some extra goods and a trip to the cash machine for her. A quick detour to the East Beach at North Berwick showed how the churning seas had created a coastline of spume which kept getting whipped up into the air.

Then back up the road to catch the end of the match from Cardiff.
