Great White Egret

What a difference three days makes.  When I returned to the Wakodahatchee Wetlands today, there were Great White Egrets mating and making nests and there were Cattle Egrets in addition to all the Woodstorks and Herons.  There were even a few hatchlings in the Cormorant and Great Blue Heron nests.  Once again it was difficult to pick a blip so I have loaded the others on Flickr.  We have been so fortunate to have exquisite weather, sunny skies and perfect temperatures with light breezes, just enough to ruffle the Egrets feathers.
