Scaffolding

Everything is so safety regulation fixated today. It seems that even the simplest job has been made many times more expensive and time consuming than it ever had been in the past. I wish I could believe that it was all about sincere concern for worker welfare but some cynical little corner of my being suspects that it is all about politicians and bureaucrats covering their (beep) and about ensuring higher profits for starving insurance company shareholders. Buuuuut surely that just goes to show what a grumpy old (beep) I have turned into. Tch tch. Perish the thought. I know. I should be ashamed.

Anyway here is our grand old Victory Theatre building in Blackheath getting ... um ... whatever it is getting.
