Day 043 Lily Foraging for Fir Cones

My granddaughter loves an open fire so today we went out searching for fir cones. We had a lovely time pottering through the woods, chatting about this and that. We came home muddy and weary with some very damp cones and bark to dry in front of the fire, ready for tomorrow night. 

It is my delight to take this Disney princess from the city into the great outdoors and see her enjoyment of it.
