Sea horse ring

Bit of a lie in this morning before going to go outdoors so J could get a few bits for the holiday. Kilda went to fly ball. Seems she is getting on well but is not interested in playing with their tennis balls only her ball. We need to do more practice on this. Went out for a long run around Arthers Seat. Head wind going up the back of Arthers Seat and a bit of sleet to top it all off. Managed 13K. Calf muscle tightened up when I go home. Will have to get a session with the mistress of pain this week. Went up town to get J’s stuff from Cotswolds and bumped into JD on the way. He was going to watch the match. Ordered some mittens from Tiso and met JD to watch the game. Scotland played well and were a bit unlucky at the end. J make sausage casserole for tea with I did a bit of ironing. This weeks theme is Jewellery so here is a ring J got for her 40th last year.
