Siskin

The siskin is a charming little finch, a little smaller than a greenfinch and beautifully coloured.  It was nice to see him at our feeders, as they have rarely been there lately.

A cold day today but not as miserable as yesterday.  We went country dancing in the morning, and it was great! 

Home for some lunch and then did some ironing while the HG was busy with a project out of doors, plus booking our car in for an MOT.
