A re-imagining

Thinking about the smallest of things, I spotted this Greek church and thought how much it reminded me of hot summer holidays, Greek food and the longest of days.
When I took the photo I tried various backgrounds, the mantelpiece, the kitchen tiles and white paper. All of these felt wrong and I wanted to show the church using the colours which remind me of Greek landscapes, warm colours which re-imagine the sun.
