This is not ten years. Ten years is back in July 2016, it's just that there are a few gaps I still have to upload things for.

Whilst the scanner was sitting around being switched on I thought it wise to finally get round to copying the most-used pages from the Dairy Book of Home Cooking, which was old when I brought it up here in 1994 and hasn't recovered during its long spell on a shelf.
