Market Day

It's our last day in Taiwan so decided to go on a cookery class. Our teacher was the lovely Ivy Chen who started our lesson with a tour of the Shi Dong market to collect some of our ingredients. It was then back to her place for an amazing lesson on how to cook fried pot stickers, kung pao chicken and some red bean steamed buns. They were all delicious.
It was a great way to end our amazing time in Taiwan.
