Crossley Heaths school clock tower and neighbour

Crossley heaths school clock tower is a prominent land mark near king cross halifax as is wainhouse tower.
once an Orphan School and Home was founded by john, joseph and francis Crossleyin 1864.
The name Porter was added in 1887 when Thomas Porter made a donation to the orphanage.
Wainhouse tower appeared nearly at the same time being built in 1871 and opened in 1875
