Heriot's

It was the annual Big Weekend of the Edinburgh University Orienteering Club, and as usual the Saturday race was an urban race. This year the assembly was at Heriot’s School, where this fine tree looked good in the sun of the morning. The longer courses had a leg from near the school to Calton Hill, and the route could have been affected by a demo against the so called politician, Donald Trump. I went via the Grassmarket and Cowgate to avoid the hassle.
