aw man, this is a poor blip but in my defence....I have no defence. it's a 'shit, I don't have a blip. daisy, come and be in my blip!' kinda blip.

I went for a 30 minute run this morning - pretty wheezy but having reached the pissed off stage with my asthma, I read up on it and will try the warming up outside for at least 15 minutes before a run to adjust my annoying lungs to the cold. advice included also wearing a scarf or mask over my nose and mouth. as if I don't look enough of a tool in my running gear.

then elaine came round to do my hair - always entertaining. I'll say no more, our chat wasn't blippable.

me and bee had a nice valentine's meal then crashed out watching west wing. happy valentine's day!
