VO2 Max hills

Our coach Mark Nixon has planned 4 week rolling intervals. Power hills => VO2 Max hill => Flat intervals into the racing season.
We've now completed the shorter Power hills, and no we are into VO2 max hills: 5x3min, aiming to really push the limit of our VO2 capacity.
