How different...

.... the perception of the churches or in this case the main Russian Orthodox Cathedral must have been even a hundred years ago. The views were much-much clearer, no distraction and no distortion, no adverts or traffic lights, no skyscrapers or construction cranes to take the eyesight away from the main object...... Tried to see the Cathedral from the angle of a boat floating on the river or from under the trees which would've been the only distraction. And it's amazing!
