a nice rack

This mule deer buck was all alone this morning, no sign of the missus.
Hubby and the dog stayed back, so I could get quite close.
At one point he was so still that a magpie landed on his back and began to pick through his fur. But that didn't last for long, and of course I muffed the shot.
