Sightseeing!

On holiday I try constantly to allow for the children's 'needs' but surely us adults should be allowed for some of ours to be met too? So today I suggested we do some sightseeing based around something of historical interest in Grenoble. Including the Bastille where this image was taken. It was good, the kids enjoyed and all are happy.

However we are now sitting in a square while the kids squabble over their ice cream, talking absolute nonsense and making our heads ring. Thinking we should extend the 'adult' day a bit longer and sit at another table!
