first crocuses

Finally, both purple and  yellow crocuses, not many, but it is a beginning and very welcome at that! Another nice day. We really have only had about a week of very cold weather this winter and we really do need rain. We are all hoping that the Oroville Dam in California will hold and we will not see catastrophic flooding.
