View from the Fire Escape!

Up at 6.15am to wake grumpy teenagers to go for their early morning run! ( and I survived to enter this blip !)
Their day got easier though, 4 sessions in the pool, 4 land training sessions and some "learning"......in between they crashed out on sofas and eating cake!
