Afternoon Abolutions

A day of appointments. Firstly it was Physiotherapy with more stretches to improve the movement of the shoulder. Made an opticians appointment and finally a hair appointment for later in the afternoon.

This meant a local walk. As we emerged from the woods I detoured onto the river bank. One goose was intent on having a good wash and brush up whilst his partner watched on. I was so busy taking this shot I did not notice what the other was up to. When I uploaded this I had to smile at the photo bomber on the edge.
