The wrong time

Out and about briefly this afternoon. Thought I saw some activity down at Shuttleworth, so on way home at about three pm, called in to see what was going on. Not much. Other than loads of half term children and frazzled parents. Anyway at the end of the carpark was a good viewpoint of Shuttleworth College - but the clock is not working!
