Playing...

...in art group today.

I was experimenting on 6x4 glossy photo paper to see if it would take acrylics without curling up. It stayed flat. Was easy to work on. And best of all it is 50 sheets for £1. It is a winner, costwise, for experimenting and playing around.

I was thinking of spring time and cherry blossom! Hence the colours of white, violet and rose. I used one inch brush and my favourite wallpaper/paint scraper knife. And a tiny bit of black pen detail on the tree trunks.

This is today's contribution for my challenge to myself of a pic a day every day in 2017.
