Identification please!

A quick back blip here . This was taken in Snowdrop valley and I think this is Scarlet Elf Cup fungi but there are two types and I don't know which it is. It is quite beautiful and the colour at once caught my eye amongst the dull leaf litter and against the vibrant green of the moss.

Any help with correct identification much appreciated!
